Energy Saving Maintenance Agreement

Your home cooling system operates approximately 2600 hours per year!   And your heating system runs about 850 hours per year. 
Like your car, your air conditioner needs regular maintenance too.  To maintain and extend the life of your air conditioning system we would like you to consider our “Peak Efficiency Service Agreement”.

With this service we contact you to schedule two tune-ups per year. This gives you the opportunity to get your system fine tuned to ensure it will work properly for you each season.   Our qualified technicians will examine your system and perform the following procedures as needed.

*Inspect blower assembly                                         *Monitor starting capabilities
*Clean ignition assembly                                          *Rinse condenser coil
*Inspect heat exchanger                                           *Measure volts/amps on motors      
*Test safety controls                                                 *Check contactor contacts  
*Monitor flue draft                                                    *Check Capacitors
*Test resistance heat                                                *Clear condensate drains                            
*Tighten electrical connections                                *Measure temperature difference                          
*Calibrate thermostat                                               *Inspect or clean air filters  
*Measure air split                                                     *Visual duct inspection
                                                                                    *Lubricate all moving parts
                                                                                               
The cost for Corpus Christi, Portland, and The Island is only $130.00 per year for one system, $110.00 for each additional system in the same home.  Out of town will be charged additional for extra travel.
